Our region boasts 30-40 kilometers of trails groomed daily for both skating and classical techniques, with full rentals available for Sea Spray clients.

Our guided highland wilderness tours involve gentle off-track trips into areas of mountainside scenery where winter wildlife is abundant and unintimidated. Spring skiing, from early March until the middle of April, introduces our clients to brisk back-country traveling over a firm snow pack. For skating enthusiasts, the sublime pleasure of gliding briskly over the firm highland snow pack, through forests and along barrens, offers an experience unparalleled elsewhere.

Using trails systems with Cape Breton Highland National Park and at the North Highland Nordic Ski Facility, Sea Spray staff guides our clients to groomed track skiing where skiers make way for moose, and regular grooming keeps the moose tracks to a minimum.

A testimony to our snow reliability is the fact that, since its founding in 1978, North Highland Nordic Ski Club has canceled a scheduled event only once, (and that was due to poor registration.)
