Snowshoeing Through Never-Ending Vistas

When the highland plateau of northern Cape Breton is sleeping under the highest average annual snowfall of the Atlantic provinces and the off-trail scrub and slash is buried deeply, snow shoe enthusiasts are offered a freedom of movement in this mountain wilderness that summer hikers will never experience.

Using the new generation of high-tech snowshoes, (which we consider "breakthrough" technology for winter travel in the highlands), our guides lead visitors over routes we ourselves pioneered, traveling through snow covered vistas where the winter scenery never ends.

We offer our guided tours on a half-day basis, and will combine two tours into a full day experience.  These tours can also be stacked into multi-day packages that include other snowshoe or ski routes, local lodging and hearty meals.
